Just call me Purr Mix-A-Lot! (I do like big butts…) Lately I’ve been enjoying mixing products together. It can boost the results, improve ease of use, and also speed up my routine (reducing multiple steps into 1).
I just put everything into one palm, stir roughly with my fingers, and then mush everything into my face.
Here’s how I’ve been mixing it up:
Olive a good face oil. My latest oil is Sonia Kashuk’s Radiant Boost Restorative Facial Oil. To sum up in one sentence, it’s a bargain version of $170 Rodin Olio Lusso with a retinol boost a la Sunday Riley Luna and the clever packaging of Tarte Maracuja Oil. Basically, Sonia Kashuk combined the most appealing elements of several products into one.
I just flew back from Europe and, boy, are my arms tired! ::crickets::
I was in Paris, London, and Oxford for 10 days. Among the highlights was meeting Dee (adoredee.com) IRL for an English breakfast and a spot of tea. (Let’s just get all the stereotypes out of the way now, old chap.)

So I wanted to get this review of Sonia Kashuk’s Monochrome Eye Quad up because they’re being discontinued and in the clearance bin at Target. I bought it in 08 Textured Taupe because (1) I ❤ taupes and (2) it was the only one that had all the shadows intact. They’re still available on Target’s website; in stores, they’re discounted from $13.69 to $9.58. The other colors (Textured Cocoa and Textured Mauve) look dreamy, too.
