Pink Seoul is a newcomer on the K-beauty subscription box scene. Intrigued by some of their distinguishing features (which I’ll get into below), we accepted a box to review courtesy of Pink Seoul. Was I Seoul-ed or do I still need to Pink about it?
What Makes Pink Seoul Different from Other K-Beauty Subscription Boxes?
Pink Seoul offers 3 types of subscription boxes: the regular box is $39.95 every 2 months, the Plus box is recommended for ages 35+ and $49.95 every 2 months, and the Mask box is $29.95 monthly. Way too long ago, we went to the Nature Republic store in Flushing, Queens. The Super Aqua Max Moisture Watery Cream caught my eye. Primarily because there was a tall display and it was on sale, ahem . . . This gel-cream comes in 3 formulas: blue for oily skin, green for combo skin, and pink for dry skin.
I went with the pink one since (freakin’ neverending) winter and tretinoin have left my skin on the dry side. It boasts 30 different marine plant extracts, 24-hour moisturizing and firming effect, and a protective-layer-forming silicone gel formula.

I couldn’t resist this purple lippie while I was at the Nature Republic store. This is the By Flower Triple Volume Tint in the shade 03 Lilac.

Angela and I are two ladies who are obsessed with skin care and beauty products (like every other lady ever). So now that we’ve provided that detailed introduction, WELCOME to our first blog post. After reading thousands (ok maybe half a dozen) blog posts, we’ve decided to come up with another one. Because that’s why.
Angela works as a lawyer and I am a bitchy finance person so we will keep most of our posts short and to the point. Due to the schizophrenic information age, I personally believe that more than a few hundred words WILL bore people and lead them to miss critical information.
So here is my first product review (not the first product I’ve ever loved…oh that beautiful cheapo Oil of Olay). Ange will post the next one right Ange?
